 Household Income includes the Borrower’s current gross income, as well as that of anyone else
who is expected to live in the Residence and become liable on the Deed of Trust or Mortgage

 There is a $275 Compliance Fee and $400 MCC Fee to use the Stand Alone Program

 The borrower is able to use the tax credit in the future
 All Borrowers must complete a Mortgage Credit Certificate Course and Home Buyer Education
